By placing an order on our website you are entering into a contract with SellMyBroken that you are:
> Legally capable of entering into a contract with us > The legal owner of the device that you are trying to sell > not engaging in any fraudulent activity by selling the device to us
When you sign up and create an order you are thereby liable for any orders placed under this email address and password.
After placing an order you will be sent an order confirmation email. This does not bind us to the amount originally stated as any and all units must be inspected before payment is agreed. Payment is agreed via an offer that will be sent to you and confirmed back via email.
Once an offer has been accepted there is no cooling off period, after accepting an offer you agree that any device(s) sent to us transfer ownership to us.
Payment is to be sent within 24 working hours of an offer being accepted (barring exceptional circumstances / emails not being sent/received).
The prices displayed will be what is received by the customer, provided the units are in the agreed description, or in case of an obvious error.
Prices are liable to change at any time, but if an order is created and sent at the time of this change, the amount offered will be the price originally sent in for.
We have the right to revise the terms and conditions outlayed above at any time, usually dependent on what is happening in the market around us. You are subject to the terms and conditions currently stated at the time of placing your order.
