Don't worry! Upon receiving every item we inspect them before sending an offer. At this point we will confirm the model of the device and any relevant storage size, this may then be due a 'revised offer'.Can I Reject An Offer?
Here at SellMyBroken we like to think we offer the best price we can for units that are sent to us. We do know that there will be a small minority that are not satisfied with the offer we send. You can of course, reject an offer. At this point we would simply ship the unit back to you, there is no fee involved in this.
How Do I Ship My Item?
Upon placing an order you will receive a DPD shipping label. You will then need to package the item up and place this label on the box. All you have to do then is take it to your local DPD drop off point and let them do the rest! Can I Get A Value Before Placing An Order?
You can get an estimate by finding your device on our website. An exact price offer would be sent to you upon us receiving and checking the device.Should I Take My Details Off My Item Before Sending It?
For your own piece of mind if you are selling a device we would recommend removing any accounts that are on the devices beforehand. We understand though that due to the nature of certain faults this is not always possible. There are methods of signing out of devices remotely (usually through the manufacturers website). If it is not possible for you to remove passcode locks or activation locks on phones, you will receive a revised offer. If your item is damaged to point of not turning on.
For consoles though, there is no need to worry if you are struggling, as if we do end up repairing the device they are always factory reset once they are working again.
If we can't verify a storage capacity or network a device is registered to due to the phone being damaged, you will receive a revised offer of a locked network/lower storage capacity.
Please do all you can to ensure this can be verified so you can receive a full amount.
